Chat messages on ChatSafari are ephemeral and are not permanently stored. However, we reserve the right to temporarily log conversations for moderation and abuse prevention purposes. You retain no ownership claims over messages sent through the platform.

We may review reported content and take action including message deletion, user warnings, or account bans when violations are detected.

• We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users who violate these terms.
• Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion and are final.
• Users may report violations using the in-chat report feature.
• Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences.

ChatSafari is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they share during chat sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatSafari and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may also terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
